About ChromaColour

ChromaColour International is a Canadian based company located in Calgary, Alberta in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. ChromaColour has been a market leader for over 25 years in the manufacture and supply of thousands of acrylic colours. The company has three divisions:

Our largest division is “Animation” and we are the world leader in the manufacture and sale of a broad range of industry-specific equipment, furniture, software and supplies to major studios and schools around the world. Click here to go to the Animation section of our website.

Our “Fine Art” division offers a wide range of supplies for the professional and hobby painter. Our “ChromaColour Artist Colors” consist of a line of 84 pigment rich acrylic paints that dry to a velvety matte finish and are available in both tubes and bottles. For painters who wish a more translucent and fluid product that will dry to a gloss finish, try our new 24 colour range of “Fluid Acrylics”. Our newest division is Ceramics where we offer a diverse line of products. We currently manufacture close to 100 vibrant Underglaze Colours for the Ceramics Industry, which can be fired at the cone 06-05 range. These Underglazes offer colour consistency, easy application, and are lead free, non-toxic, functional and ASTM certified. ChromaColour Underglazes can be found in homes, professional studios, retail contemporary studios, schools and colleges. We will add new colours on a regular basis so be sure to check back often.
