	Produce artwork on acetate cel just like a professional animator. Specially developed, quick drying paints help take the difficulty out of achieving the amazing results normally associated with the top animation studios. So easy that anyone from the age of 5 to 85 can enjoy the activity. Kit contains printed cel, colored background, set of Chromacolour craft paints, brush, wooden frame and instructions.
	Simply apply the Chromacolour paint to the back of the cel. It doesn’t matter how messy the paint goes on because when you turn it over, the image is perfect! As easy as "Paint by Numbers" but with a truly professional result - people won't believe your kids did it!
