Background Paint
Amazingly, Background Paint combines the desirable characteristics of
several kinds of paints. Used undiluted, it provides the opacity of
gouache; diluted, it offers the transparency of inks and watercolors.
And like our Cel Paint, Background Paint is permanent and waterproof, so
that newly applied paint will not disturb previous layers or bleed into
them. Background Paint also dries quickly to a velvety matt finish.
